Just wanted to provide some positive feedback on the Lone Worker training held in Bournemouth.

 

The whole course was excellent as I have come to expect from the trainers involved – both Sean and Andy were passionate, knowledgeable and respectful of everybody’s’ learning methods and restrictions.  I personally felt we received training to a very high standard which has better equipped us to remain safe and secure in our day to day work. The methods we were taught were backed up fully with the rules and regulations/laws, so we knew what we can and cannot do. Questions raised were answered with examples and explanations and I felt all aspects were covered in appropriate depth.

 

(and also, the lunches provided were of very high quality and most enjoyed by the whole group!)

My company put myself and several other staff members forward for a Conflict Resolution Course with Exemplo Training Solutions Ltd.

They covered everything from stopping conflicts from escalating to worse case situations as well as disarming someone. We also learnt about our rights under civil law regarding protecting ourselves and protecting property.

Both instructors were well informed and answered all questions that were put to them.
